Welcome to GLO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by PT. Sekti Teknologi Globalindo ("we," "us," or "our"), including our suite of hospitality products (GLO PMS, GLO Insight, GLO Rate, GLO Connect, GLO Web, GLO Engine, and GLO Buzz).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any of our cloud-based hospitality platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization (like a hotel or resort), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Provision of Services
We provide a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed to automate and manage hospitality operations. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform at our discretion to improve the GLO Engine and overall performance.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must maintain the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the property and guest data entered into GLO PMS.
- You agree not to use our platform for illegal activities, or to reverse-engineer any part of the GLO software.
4. Subscription and Billing
Access to GLO products requires a valid subscription. Fees are billed according to your chosen plan. Failure to process payments may result in the suspension of access to GLO Connect (OTA synchronizations) and other essential services.
5. Limitation of Liability
While GLO Rate provides AI-powered dynamic pricing suggestions, we do not guarantee specific revenue increases. PT. Sekti Teknologi Globalindo is not liable for lost profits, booking errors caused by third-party OTAs, or indirect damages arising from the use of our service.
